As you may already know, the states of California and New York recently passed a bill of mandatory $15.00 minimum wage. Little did they know that FileBank was a year ahead of them. We have been practicing the $15.00 minimum wage since 2015, and we have to say, our employees are very happy.
More money for our employees means productive workflow, as well as motivation to be the best at their position. Not only does it make for easier living for our employees, it also bridges the gap between the struggling working middle class, and the comfortable working middle class.

According to our clients, we at FileBank are constantly outdoing ourselves. With our excellent Sales and Customer Service team, who act as liaisons between our clients and the company, we have a very secure organization. All of our services benefit our clients in their own unique way. Our groundbreaking service of Jump To Digital brings a whole meaning to document management.

Jump To Digital is able to manage and archive digital and physical documents, books, artifacts, and medical records all with one specific service. Our clients will be supplied with their very own desktop scanner, a tablet, and all the tutorials they need with a click of a button. Not to mention our professional team is always on standby for all questions that arise regarding the implementation of this service in their company.

 Once a document is scanned by our clients, it is either put in a FileBank box, or a shred bin, also, supplied, and they will never have to worry about them again. Additional Services That FileBank Has That Makes Clients Running To The Phone To Call Us!

If you have been following our posts, you are aware that we recently published an article explaining our services. Here, we will give you a continuation of our services, and exactly how they can benefit your company.

1.   FileTrack-N-Shred: FileBank offers full shredding of documents for our clients either in-house or at the client’s location. Many police departments, as we may assume, have an array of confidential documentation they throw out on a daily basis; we serve them by going to their location, have an officer witness the shred being processed. We can do that with all clients if they request it. We have a huge shred truck that goes around the Tri-State area to shred our client’s documents, as well as having the service of picking up the boxes and shredding them at our location. In addition to shredding documents, we also provide our client with state-of-the-art, sturdy shred bins to have in their office space. Once the shred bins become too full, FileBank visits our client’s location and replaces the full bin with an empty one, and will either shred the contents of the bag at the client’s location, if they request that, or back at FileBank.

Our in-house Data Center currently holds over 1,000,000 files from our many clients. This service is when we come to our client’s location and pick-up all the containers requested to be stored at our facility. This is when we categorize, barcode/index all files in your containers, to prep for future requests. This service is usually done in school districts in the HR / Guidance / Special Education files, considering those departments’ files are frequently requested.  Just to give you an idea of exactly what occurs during a scan of an instant accessed file: The file is processed, and scanned into the client’s virtual cabinet, called V-Cabinet. This is a software that the clients will be able to access files requested from their very own work desktop, ensuring the quickest retrieval any Document Management Company can offer.

1.       FileOrganize – With this service, we pack, barcode, label and fully organize our client’s inventory. We visit the client’s location, and so what we call “purges,” when FileBank’s FileOrganize department spends the day packing up old files, as well as answering any and all questions the clients may have regarding their files. The benefits of this service is that the client’s inventory are 100% organized by our team of experienced professionals, and they will also be able to gain detailed information on all types of records being packed and stored at FileBank.

2.       FileBox  - This is the generic record storage service. It is a flexible program that is customizable to sit each customer’s unique needs.  If a client solely needs a company that will store their files, and nothing more, this is the service to choose. The benefits of FileBox is that it reduces the cost of storing, as well a completely managing the records. It allows the client’s working environment to be free from clutter and unnecessary storage space.  It provides access to records on a 24/7 basis via the Virtual Portal V-Cabinet, which is our secure web client portal 

3.       Instant Access – This service is one of the most popular for the schools that we serve. It is when we store all containers requested to be stored by the client, as well as taken a through indexing of each file in the boxes. We provide each file with its own barcode, which immensely cuts the time for searching for files. All files are indexing with certain keywords, chosen by the clients. Once a file is requested, FileBank scans and imports the files into the web client based portal, V-Cabinet, within a 30 minute timespan. The benefits of our Instant Access service are that clients can find files almost instantaneously, which definitely comes in handy in time-sensitive situations. 

4.       FileCapture – This service can arguably be the most convenient one for our clients.  This service is when we scan all active files, including blueprints, and immediately making them available in V-Cabinet. So, instead of requesting a certain file to be scanned into V-Cabinet, our clients can simply go in their V-Cabinet and have access to the file immediately, and would not have to wait the 30 minutes it takes to request/scan a file in. We can also convert all active files into a disc! The benefits of FileCapture is to be able to find, view, share and collaborate your files on a 24/7 basis via V-Cabinet. Also, clients are able to print or e-mail files instantly, which saves time with correspondences and in essence, increases productivity. 

5.       FileTrack-N-Shred – Let’s face it; what company doesn’t need a reliable company to shred their documents, confidential or not? FileBank provides shredding services with our shred truck for On-site locations, as well as Off-site. Scheduling either On-demand, or as a monthly reoccurrence, FileBank ensures the client is aware that they can either witness the shred being done, or allow us to take the contents back into our Data Center and shred them there. Nonetheless, we are completely confidential in regards to what we shred. The benefits of FileTrack-N-Shred are that all companies will be able to comply with local, state and federal laws in regards to documents that have a certain mandatory lifespan.
