FileBank's ECM Company Explains IaaS and SaaS

We are a company that performs Enterprise Content Management (ECM) from beginning to the end. 

1. IaaSThe beginning of our service is on a piece of hardware.  We supply as our most basic and most digital services. IaaS - (Infrastructure as a Structure). Software resides on the hardware. 

2. SaaSThe next level is SaaS (Software as a Service). FileBank current offers various applications for SaaS. The software that we own resides on the company servers, supplying the application to clients through the Internet.

  •  P-Cabinet  is another of the SaaS offered. It provides a portal for clients to completely manage their physical inventory. Retention dates are used to track documents life cycle.  
  • V-Cabinet  is the SaaS that manages the portal of virtual documents. Retention dates are used to track documents life cycle.  
  • M-Cabinet is identical to P-Cabinet but is meant for medical records. The difference is different security measures. Retention dates are used to track documents life cycle.  
  • D-Cabinet is the portal for total data management backup and retrieval of digital data. 
  • A-Cabinet is the portal for analytic data analysis.
  • F-Vault is similar to V-Cabinet by the technology is based on metadata or name archiving as opposed to file type filing. This tool archives data files any type of files by drag and drop into the application. 
  • Jump to Digital a client driven method of inserting paper documents into their V-Cabinet's document archives. A desk top scanner to feed documents into the document system.          


FileBank provides several services in support of these various SaaS portals

These service can originate by requests to customer service, Client Representative of the the portal. 
  • Archiving by box or object (FileBox)
  • Archiving by file (Instant Access)
  • File conversion of paper to digital, microfilm or microfiche to data, blueprints to date, books and manuscripts to data (FileCapture)
  • Destruction of both physical and digital documents (File-Track-Shred)
  • Organizing and packing of client files at their site. We box, bar-code, and label clients records for the archiving for off-site storage. (FileOrganize)
  • Pick up and deliver physical files from client or return to clients files on a standard basis, next day, Rush basis within five hours and an emergency basis within two hours. 
  • Retention planing and document certification conforming to the oversight party of client.
