All companies argumentally would love to become paperless. The “going green” aspect that all companies believe can never be achieved is slowly becoming a reality with booming Enterprise Content Management (ECM) companies. We’re living in a progressively paperless society, so it only makes sense for those companies who are working towards a paperless company, can begin to implement it in their organization. This new technology has already positively benefited many organizations who are working towards “going green,” and FileBank has all of the newest technologies the ECM world has to offer.
FileBank is showing many companies in and around the Tri-State area that taking the environmentally friendly route and becoming paperless has more benefits than they’ve imagined before using our services. It completely streamlines their workflow, essentially cost-effective, and ensures for almost perfect document organization. We provide our clients with these great ECM solutions as well as shred consoles for any department they request them for. Once the shred consoles are full, FileBank visits their organization and shreds the contents in the shred consoles either on-site or at our state-of-art data center. We are the company that allows other companies to become COMPLETELY green and paperless.
Before committing to FileBank’s ECM solutions, there are some points potential clients need to consider: Find out exactly where most of the paper consumption comes from. Potential clients should address specific areas where which departments are the most paper heavy. Once that is understood, strategies then can be made to cut back as much as possible. Fortunately, in 2015, most people now take notes on their computers, tables, phones, and other electronic devices that help cut down the amount of paper being used around the offices. However, implementing an ECM solution in any company can definitely take things to the next level of technology.
Altogether, executing an ECM solution is a win-win situation both for the environment and businesses.

Get To Know How Your Files Will Be Handled At Our Facility.
Many clients, before they commit to our
services, always have one question: What is the process of converting physical
files into digital ones? This post will allow all current and potential clients
know what happens, and how it happens.
Assessment:
FileBank will examine the organization’s data assets and explain
how find out which records they can consider being active, inactive, and obsolete.
Records are then transferred by FileBank experienced archivists.
Web Client Portal: FileBank will then provide an online
account with credentials into FileBank’s client portal. This access will be
for the client’s V-Cabinet™
, P-Cabinet™, and A-Cabinet™
(if applicable). We will launch security, passcodes, and user rights for the
portal access. A major policy we have at FileBank is to not grant
access to any individual at our client's organization who does not have their name on
the security list, or does not have the proper access in the department in
which they are trying to retrieve their data from; Not only for liability
reasons, but to also prove to our clients that we secure their documents 100%.
Digital Conversion of
Active Files: Using
our FileCapture™ Service, FileBank transforms our client's most active files, making
them immediately obtainable through their V-Cabinet on the client portal, if
applicable.
Inventory and Indexing of
Semi-Active Files:
Using our Instant Access Service, FileBank conducts a complete file inventory and
indexing for all semi-active and active files. Not only does this give our
clients the proper insight with exactly which files are stored with us, but it
also makes for immediate retrieval of files in time-sensitive situations.
Inventory, Indexing, and
Boxing of Semi-Active and Inactive Files: Using our FileBox™ Service, FileBank executes a box inventory
and indexing for all our client’s semi-active and inactive boxes. Physical boxes
are kept at FileBank’s state-of-the-art storage facility, located at our
corporate headquarters.
Destruction of Obsolete
Files/Retention Analysis: Upon state/agency approval, FileBank will utilize our
FileTrack-n-Shred™ Service to professionally shred their organization’s obsolete
files and will issue a Certificate of Destruction or complete assurance that
the proper boxes are getting destroyed. As well as this service,
we have experienced Retention Analysts who work with the state guidelines for
each type of document and informs the clients whenever their boxes are ready to
be destroyed, according to the state guidelines.

FileBank's Testamonials
At FileBank,
we are very familiar with what satisfied clients look like. Our company’s professionals have been trained
to know exactly what our client’s needs are, and what they expect of us. Below
are just some of the many great things our clients had to say about us after
using our services.
· Erin
Barillas, Clerk, RMC - Clerk, Township of North Bergen
"Since the Clerk’s Office in the
Township of North Bergen’s recent move of all Township Ordinances, Developers
Agreements, Commission Meetings (2000-current), and Business Licensing to
FileBank’s V-Cabinet, the office has enjoyed the ease of researching, finding,
and forwarding documents electronically. In doing so, the Township
has been able to add these physical files to the inventory currently maintained
by FileBank and thereby has reduced the number of file cabinets in the office.
The transition to electronic filing was made easy by the professionalism,
dedication, and patience of the team at File Bank and is highly
recommended."
Marissa
Mckenzie, HR Director - East Orange Public Schools
"We recently opened an account with FileBank and have been pleased with the
responsiveness and professionalism of the operation. We now have over 2000
files in storage and have been impressed with the efficiency of retrieval of
information when I need it. FileBank superbly handles our archiving and
storage needs. We are very happy with their prompt service and outstanding
commitment and look forward to continued business together"
Adel Ayad,
CFO Good Shepherds Services
"Jumping from paper with FileBank saved
Good Shepherd $1.3 million in the first year we implemented their solution –
and that doesn’t even take into account the productivity gained. A process that
used to take our staff 30 days was compressed to 10 days once we moved to
FileBank."
John
Vantuno, Councilman
"I think FileBank has a unique look
into the future of information storage, access and
preservation. Recognizing the fact that they offer a myriad of solutions to fit
any industry would benefit any organization."
Melissa Simmons, Guidance - Harrington Park School District
"Utilizing FileBank for off-site data
storage allowed us to expand and use the added space for needed teacher
conference rooms , not to mention the added
sense of relief that all of our critical data was safe from fires, floods,
power failures, theft, and unauthorized access."
Rosetta Caporrino,
Guidance - Hoboken Board of Education
"It was initially an incredible leap of
faith we took from physical to virtual, but oh…the results! I was amazed at how
easy the web interface is to use, and FileBank representatives always go out of
their way to answer my questions and return my calls."
