In-Dept Description Into FileBank's Digital Document Management Services


If you read our previous blog entitled “Get Familiar With FileBank’s Physical Document Management Services,” you were aware that we were also going to be enlightening our potential and current clients on our Digital Document Management services as well!
1.       Jump To Digital Program – FileBank’s  Jump To Digital is designed to enhance your organization’s technology investments, streamline office operations, reduce costs, all while making your life so much easier! This program delivers 7 not-so-complex tools to improve how clients work and essentially gives you the peace of mind knowing that you’ll be able to find what you need WHEN you need it.  Clients are given a scanner for their office, where they can scan important documents that will be automatically imported into the web client based portal, V-Cabinet. They are able to index the documents the way they would like them to be indexed, making it naturally easier to retrieve documents they’ve imported. We also provide these clients with FileBank storage boxes for all scanned items, that we pick-up as scheduled to ensure the storage space is as empty as they would like it to be. 

The benefits of Jump To Digital is that it increases productivity  by at least 66%, able to find and view files instantaneously, rapid deployment, and it is extremely user-friendly.

2.       IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) – Virtual Data Centers – This service allows clients to pay as they grow virtual data centers. They will be able to use what they need ONLY when they need it.

4.       FileAnalytics – Specific analytics for Government, Education, Finance, Retail and Non-Profit Organizations. FileAnalytics operates entirely on our corporate server, where it is able to combine data from any sources with extreme high performance.  This provides fast ways to gain insight into how different parts of business relate to each other. The benefits of FileAnalytics are rapid deployment and low total cost of hosting. It is also very simple to use, and pulls data from almost any source in order to visualize it in one collected dashboard.

5.       V-Cabinet – Secure web-based digital document management application. The benefits of this application are that it is affordable, scalable, and reliable. It also allows clients to easily find, view, print, and e-mail documents instantly.
